My wife and I first met Andrea in July 2019 as we were planning our retirement/relocation from CA. Without hesitation, she took the time to show us around and help us learn about what AZ had to offer. We loved her positivity, sense of humor, and how she made us feel so comfortable. She would frequently email us homes to view on line and was in constant communication with us. When we came out to AZ again, as retirement was near, Andrea took the time to show us the homes we had seen on line that we liked. She followed all of the COVID-19 guidelines to help keep us, as well as the homeowners, safe. There's not enough praise I could give to Andrea for all she did to help us find our new home! She was easy to contact and responded right away to questions and inquiries. She listened to what we were wanting without us even saying it directly and worked magic to make things happen for us! Andrea has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. She was patient, knowledgeable and professional, she made me feel like I was her most important client. She worked around my schedule to set up appointments, she negotiated with contractors to get some repairs done for the best possible price. Andrea was always on top of things and even though there were few small setbacks, she always had a back up plan. We needed to sell our old house and use proceeds for down payment on the new one. Not only we sold and bought for the best price possible, Andrea miraculously pulled through two closings on the same day and we were able to move into our dream home right away! Andrea is the best!

Andrea was one of 2 realtors we met with and right off the bat she came across as someone who "owned" the sell. She help our family relocate with ease. Andrea had a very thorough plan and a clear vision to sell our house at the price and timeframe we wanted. She kept in contact with us at every step and made sure we were on track. We put our house up for sale with a solid expectation that it would take at least a couple of months to sell based on the recent neighborhood activity. Andrea is a top-notch realtor. Her organization and intensity are the best in the business. I handed her a house that needed all new carpets/paint/appliances/linoleum/landscaping after some not-too-stellar tenants had left the place a wreck, and I've never seen so many contractors waiting in line at the door ready to get to work. Had the house on the market in a matter of days when I expected the work to take weeks. Our house closed with an offer above listing price. Andrea is amazing! For nine months she sent me listings to peruse. We were in Ohio for 5 of those nine months and she was never pushy. She must have shown us over 60 homes. She is patient, and knowledgeable. She is warm and friendly, but still a true professional. It was a frustrating (because we didn't find our dream home right away) (our fault, not hers) but also an enjoyable experience. She never complained and was always right there to show us whatever we wanted to see. She suggested new areas and communities and was SO helpful. We can't recommend her highly enough. She stood back and let us look and answered any questions we had. If she didn't know the answer, she found them for us. We finally found our dream home, and she was as excited as we were. The other quality we loved about Andrea was that she listened. She really listened, and looked for homes that had the features that we were looking for! On day one, Andrea came out to the house and was a true professional. She was full of energy and answered all of our questions regarding our home selling process.
